Plumb Contracting , Plumb Building & Plumb Land Management is a Western North Carolina Contracting , Consulting and Land services brand operated by Plumb LLC, a North Carolina licensed general contractor.

With over 10 years of hands on experience in mountain building, remodeling, repair, and site work, Plumb Founder Nute Nicholson understands what it takes to build and maintain property in Western North Carolina. From access and drainage to foundations, septic, repairs, and construction, we look at each project from the ground up.

Our current emphasis is on land-based projects, including site work, drainage, septic, driveways, excavation, storm repair, fire mitigation, and property access. At the same time, we continue to accept select residential and commercial clients for all phases of building, remodeling, repair, and construction coordination.

Mountain properties require more than surface-level answers. Water, slope, soil, access, wastewater, foundations, trees, and long-term use all work together. When one piece is missed, the whole project can become more expensive. Building from the ground up ground up is imperative in WNC.

Plumb brings practical field experience, licensed contracting knowledge, septic understanding, equipment capability, and trusted subcontractor coordination to help clients plan and complete projects the right way.
